This was a renovation and addition to a small urban farmhouse involving removing the front sunroom and extending forward for a new kitchen, dining and living room as well as a new master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The original kitchen is now a comfortable snug and TV room with added laundry and large family bathroom to the back with the shower looking out to the fernery. The large verandah extends around the east and north for great entertaining and relaxation space. Also added was a large 3 car garage with office space, small kitchen and an entertainment room.
